RSVP Dance featuring White Mustang to be held Friday
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is holding at RSVP Dance for ages 55 and older from 7-10 p.m. Friday at Champagnolle Landing Senior Center, 910 E. 4th St., El Dorado.
White Mustang will perform. Admission is $6 per person. Smoking and alcohol is prohibited.
American Legion Entertainment to feature Lost Prairie Friday
Lost Prairie will perform from 8:30 p.m. until midnight Friday at Club 10.
Cover charge is $8. Everyone ages 21 and older is welcome.
Cooling Shelter open for seniors
With the heat index over 100 degrees this week, seniors are reminded that a cooling shelter is available for the elderly in Union County at the Champagnolle Landing Wellness Center for Seniors at 910 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado. The shelter will be open from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
