Visitation for Winchell K. Bell, 71, of El Dorado will be from 5 until 7 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Young’s Chapel with Jerry Debo officiating. Burial will follow at Burns Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
