Patsy Bulloch Wisner, age 79, of Monticello, passed away Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born Dec. 1, 1938 in Collins, to the late Wert Bulloch and Hazel Whitehead Bulloch.
She was the widow of Jackson Wisner, a homemaker and a member of Pauline Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Teresa Wisner Garrett and husband Phil of Lampasas, Texas and Clarissa Wisner and husband Don Sutton of Rolla, Missouri; five granddaughters, Kandi Woessner (Matt), Kassi Anderson (Devin), Alyson Morrow (Jess), Stephanie Garrett and Olivia Vierrether; two grandsons, Samuel Sutton and Caleb Sutton; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Don Bulloch of Collins and Tracy Bulloch of Crossett.
Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Rash Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m., one hour prior to service time. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
