TRORIS MURPHY

Troris was born in Frankfurt, Germany on Dec. 6, 1977 and he departed this life on Jan. 20, 2018. Troris was the second child of the late Linda Ann Murphy and Gregory Lamar Murphy.

Troris was raised in a Christian home and was baptized at Plum Street Church of Christ. He was taught the importance of family, prayer and putting God first in his life. He graduated from Phoenix High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Troris completed his certificate for truck driving at Stevens Driving Academy in Dallas, Texas; and Troris also received a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Corden Blue College, Tucker, Georgia.

Troris leaves to cherish his precious memories, a son De’Juan Dixon and a daughter, Torriyania Dixon both of Jonesboro, Georgia, a sister, Tenille Davis (Harry) of El Dorado, one niece, Ailayah Jones, one nephew Amarion Davis of El Dorado, three aunts, seven uncles; a special uncle, Louis Polk and a host of cousins and friend.

Service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2018 at Plum Street Church of Christ. Interment will be at Gordan Cemetery in Haynesville, Louisiana under the direction of Sims Mortuary. Sign the guestbook online at www.simsmortuary.com.
