Thomas J. Malone Jr. was born on February 16, 1930, to Eunice (Brewster) and Thomas Malone Sr. (Chock) and Bessie Easter Malone.
He was a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church in Wesson. He retired from Cooper Tire Company in El Dorado and was a United States Veteran.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother, Albert and Joe Louis Malone; and his best friend, Reverend Eddie B. Loggins, Sr. Thomas is survived by his brothers: Robert Malone (Patricia), Thomas Malone Jr. (Patricia), and sister; Sheila Waller (Roland).
Thomas was united in holy matrimony to Corine Davis-Malone for 66 years and to this union four children were born.
Thomas’ loving memories will be cherished by his beloved wife, Corine Davis-Malone of El Dorado, Arkansas; daughters: Anita Malone-Dixon (George) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Sandra Kay Malone and CaSandra Anetia Malone-Pope both of El Dorado; and sons: Berry Thomas Malone of El Dorado, Melvin Louis Malone (Ruth) of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Dameyon Edrick Malone (Sheila) of El Dorado, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Patricia) Malone and Thomas (Patricia) Malone, Jr., and sister, Shelia (Roland) Waller.
Public visitation will be Friday, February 2, 2018 from noon until 4:30 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Beulah Grove Wesson Baptist Church. Interment will be at Caledonia Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
