Noyes shared the Medical Center of South Arkansas' 30-minutes or Less ER Pledge, the newly designed hospital patient portal for medical records and invited members to join the Pink Sock Campaign sponsored by MCSA Healthy Woman board in collaboration with area high school football teams for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
