Ageless Grace: The South Arkansas Center on Aging presented their first Ageless Grace class in El Dorado on Friday. Ageless Grace is a fun and exciting, anti-aging fitness program that is all about creating neural pathways between the brain and body parts needed to perform specific functions and activities with comfort and ease.
