Sunshine Riders Club plans December meeting
Sunshine Riders Club will have its December meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Milam Construction, 1605 Haynesville Highway, in the engineering trailer (red porch). Persons who would like to learn more about the riding club or becoming a member are invited to attend the meeting.

Hot Check Office announces end of the year closing
The Hot Check Office will be closing to process the end of year, the last day open to the public will be Dec. 12 and will reopen Jan. 2, 2018. Payments can still be made by mail or in the drop box at the Hot Check Office.
Box office opens for ‘Fiddler on the Roof JR’ tickets
The South Arkansas Arts Center has announced the box office is open for ticket sales for “Fiddler on the Roof JR,” a production of the SAAC Teen Drama Club, which will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday and at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Directed by Lynn Gunter, the story centers on Tevye, a poor dairyman, and his five daughters.
The SAAC Arts Academy Drama Club is for students, grades seven through 12, with an interest in stage performance, set and costume design and learning all elements of back stage production.
