A $25,000 cash or corporate surety bond was set for Jason Miller on Friday during his first appearance hearing in Judge George Van Hook’s 35th District Court. Miller, 37, of El Dorado, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts of first degree forgery; possession of a controlled substance, methadone; possession of a controlled substance, Xanax; and theft by receiving. Van Hook issued a curfew from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. as well as no-contact orders for the victims, witnesses and co-defendants in the case. Miller was also ordered to not possess any type of firearm at any time.

Christina Brown had a $10,000 unsecured bond set for her charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and tampering with physical evidence. She was also issued a 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew and similar no-contact orders.

First degree terroristic threatening and criminal trespassing are the charges which resulted in Jeremy Cheatham’s bond being set at $10,000 cash or corporate surety. Van Hook issued a 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew as well as a no-contact order with the alleged victim. Cheatam was also ordered to not possess any type of firearm at any time.
