Sherline Hartley, 71, of El Dorado, passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, at her residence.
She was born July 7, 1944, to Jessie James and Irma Mae Rider Price in Tallulah, La.
She was a member of the Pentecostals of El Dorado and was a homemaker.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years, Russell Hartley of El Dorado; four children, Keesha Wilks (Henry) of Benton, Melaney Helm (Gary), Jesse Hartley (Mandy), Shannah Walters (Jonah), all of El Dorado; two sisters, Elouise Johnson, and Elsie Marshall (Jerry), both of Vicksburg, Miss.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. today, at the Pentecostals of El Dorado Church.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11, at the Pentecostals of El Dorado Church with the Rev. C.R. Nugent, the Rev. N. Dupree, and the Rev. James Fout officiating.
Burial will follow at Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Chris Bridges, Dustin Goode and Michael Cena, and nephews, Jerry Marshall, James Marshall, and Marvin Ashley. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Gabe Walters.
