El Dorado rolls past Pine Bluff 7-0

EL DORADO – The El Dorado Wildcats dominated Pine Bluff Thursday evening at Memorial Stadium.

El Dorado grabbed the lead in this 6A-South contest in the 23rd minute when Tyler Smith scored on an assist from John Sixbey.

The Wildcats' lead expanded to 2-0 when Baylee George took a pass from Sixbey and put it in the goal during the 33rd minute.

At the intermission, El Dorado led 2-0.

Smith scored the second of his three goals in the 41st minute of the game. In the 50th minute, Sixbey sent a pass to Smith who scored completing the hat-trick.

El Dorado went up 5-0 in the 60th minute when George scored after receiving a pass from Sixbey.

Augustine Reichardt made a goal in the 68th minute putting the Wildcats up 6-0.

El Dorado scored its final goal when Pedro Tena placed the ball in the net making the score 7-0.

Derrick Thompson, the goalkeeper, had one save.

El Dorado is now 9-3 against league opposition.
