GARRY WRIGHT
Garry Glenn Wright, 67, of El Dorado, departed this life for his Heavenly home on Nov. 13, 2015, at Gracepoint Nursing Home in El Dorado. He was born Feb. 14, 1948, along with his twin brother, Jerry Lynn, to Marshall Keith and Virginia Louise Green Wright in Springhill, LA.
He grew up in Taylor, AR attending Unity Methodist Church. Garry was employed by Great Lake Chemical Corp. as a senior chemical production technician for 34 years and was a member of West Side Baptist Church in El Dorado.
Preceding him in death are his parents; his twin infant brother, Jerry Lynn Wright; sister, Brenda Kay Casio of Shreveport, LA; and brother, James Ronald Wright of Concord, CA.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Linda Ann Wright; two children, Jerry Lynn Wright of Mansfield, OH, and Susan Renee Taylor of Taylortown, LA; two brothers, Wendell Davis Wright of Sarepta, LA, Gwendell Keith Wright of Longview, TX; and five grandchildren, Bailey Taylor, Mary Margaret Wright, Quinn Wright, Clellon Taylor, and Wiley Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at Young’s Chapel with Rev. Gerald Perry officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 until service time. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Spearsville, LA under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
