Smackover's annual tree lighting ceremony, featuring the reading of the Eddie's Cross story by Mayor Bobby Neal, snacks and hot chocolate provided by the Smackover Chamber of Commerce and the countdown to the lighting of the tree and lights in Kennedy Park, was held Friday night.
