West Side led 14-10 after one quarter and 23-17 at the half. The Lady Bulldogs shot 18 free throws in the first half. The Lady Warriors carried a 39-28 advantage into the fourth quarter.

“I thought in the first half we kind of slept walked a little bit through part of it. We put them at the line a lot,” said West Side coach Randall Miller. “In the second half, we were much more efficient offensively. We moved the ball better and we were a bit more focused on defense.”

Senior Grace McNabb scored 15 points to lead the Lady Warriors, who will compete in their regional tournament next week at Columbia Christian. Victoria Colley scored 11.
