El Dorado sweeps Coca-Cola Relays

NASHVILLE - El Dorado’s girls and boys traveled to Nashville on Tuesday and brought home both titles in the Coca-Cola Relays. The Lady Wildcats scored 130 to beat Magnolia (102), Texarkana (100), Lakeside (86), Broken Bow (66), Lake Hamilton (59), DeQueen (55), Nashville (31), Arkadelphia (22), Hope (13), Trinity Christian (13), Camden Fairview (11) and Mena (4).

Carshaila Rozier won the 100 (12.48) and the 200 (25.52). Davin James tied the meet record, winning the high jump with a clearance of 5-6.

London Ingram was second in the long jump. LaStasha Holmes was second in the discus. Emma McGee was third in the 3,200. Damecia McDaniel was third in the 400. Zyron Brock was third in the high jump, third in the 100 and third in the 200. Asia Caver was fourth in the 100. Adrienne Gray was fifth in the 300 hurdles. Justice Larry was fifth in the shot.

The Wildcats totaled 132 to beat Magnolia (100), Prescott (95), Lakeside (81), Lake Hamilton (67.5), Ashdown (64.5), DeQueen (42), Texarkana (29), Fairview (28.5), Nashville (20), Broken Bow (17), Hope (15), Arkadelphia (8.5), Mena (4) and Genoa Central (1).

DeAndra Burns, Jr., won the long jump (21-08). Jackie Washington was first in the triple jump (43-08.75) and second in the long jump. Quez Waller was first in the 100 (11.13) and second in the 200. Lance Yarbrough was first in the 200 (22.54) and third in the 100.

Sharmon Rester was second in the triple jump. LaMario Island was second in the 110 hurdles and third in the triple jump. Jyrin Steward was second in the shot and second in the discus. Zachary McMillon was third in the 1,600 and third in the 3,200. PJ Denkins was third in the 300 hurdles.
