Buckaroos win RM Bell Relays

MINERAL SPRINGS - Smackover’s boys won the RM Bell Relays Tuesday. The Buckaroos totaled 95 points to edge Prescott (94), Ashdown (92) and Foreman (91). Harmony Grove (72), Spring Hill (63), Mineral Springs (58), Dierks (52), Centerpoint (41), Blevins (21) and Murfreesboro (6) rounded out the boys’ results.

Ethan Telano finished second in the 800. Richard Fowler was third in the 110 hurdles. Evan Phillips finished third in the 1,600 and fourth in the 3,200. Mon Prenprajyaporn was fifth in both the 1,600 and 3,200. Nic Saulsbury and Britt Conley finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in the pole vault. Caden Boykin was fifth in the 400. D’Kylan Hildreth was fifth in the 100 and fifth in the 200.

The Bucks finished first in the 4x800.

The Lady Bucks scored 56 to place fourth behind Prescott (200), Mineral Springs (76) and Centerpoint (63) and ahead of Dierks (52), Ashdown (50), Murfreesboro (45), Blevins (28), Mt. Ida (26) and Spring Hill (3).

Jasmine Nelson led the Lady Bucks with a first place finish in the discus (89-02).

Baniya Welch was third in the triple jump. Kaleigh Jerry was fifth in the pole vault. Kelsea Williams was fifth in the 300 hurdles.
