Students accept scholarships to SouthArk

South Arkansas Community College continues to offer scholarships to students around the region who will begin their college education in the fall 2021 semester.

Madyson Williams, a senior at Fordyce High School, has accepted a Freshman Recognition Scholarship.

The daughter of Chad and Melody Williams of Fordyce, Williams is a member of Gifted and Talented and the Honor Roll.

Carla D. Smith of El Dorado, a 2016 adult basic education graduate, has accepted a General Educational Development Scholarship.

Chrishunda Williams, a senior at Strong High School, has accepted a Valedictorian-Salutatorian Scholarship.

The daughter of Dewonda Dixon of Strong, Williams is a member of the honor roll, Beta and Future Business Leaders of America. She is an All-District basketball team member.

Kiley Teague, a senior at Taylor High School, has accepted a Freshman Recognition Scholarship.

The daughter of Chad and Marcy Teague of Magnolia, she is a member of Future Farmers of America, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Junior Rotarians, Future Business Leaders of America, National Honor Society, Gifted and Talented, the Honor Roll, the yearbook staff and the Student Council.
