EPD seeking help to find missing juvenile

16 year old Jordan Boone missing nearly a week

The El Dorado Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding Jordan Jmon Boone, 16, of El Dorado, who was reported missing Friday, Oct. 16.

Jordan is a Black male about 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 119 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Oct. 14 wearing navy blue jogging pants and a blue full-zip hooded sweatshirt.

Jordan does have a cell phone with limited minutes. He can also access the Internet and some calling services when connected to a wi-fi network. He previously held an active Facebook account; however, it has been deleted or deactivated since he went missing.

Jordan’s mother, Jasmine Boone, told police Jordan has recently asked her to take him to get his driver’s license and his Social Security card. She also attempted to call him via Facebook messenger several times before his account went offline.

Jordan is known to be in contact with one friend who is believed to be named Anthony and with whom he talks on the phone. Otherwise, he typically is known to keep to himself.

Anyone who sees Jordan or has information on Jordan’s whereabouts is asked to contact investigators at the EPD at 870-881-4810. They may also call the CrimeStoppers hotline at 870-863-INFO (4636) or EPD dispatch at 870-863-4141.
