Max Pittman Jones, 62, died November 18th at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
Max was born April 9, 1958 in Galveston, Tx to Cecil (Bud) Jones and Mary Myers Jones.
He graduated in 1976 from El Dorado High, and served in the Arkansas Army National Guard.
Max was employed at Texas Eastern in El Dorado for over 30 years and various other jobs until his health failed in 2015.
Max was a 32nd degree Mason with Scottish rights, and a member of the Masonic Lodge 13. He enjoyed keeping up with sports, riding motorcycles, and even mastered the art of cross stitching. He won ribbons for his work at the county fair and his creations have become family treasures.
He was proceed in death by his parents, and a brother Russell (Rusty) Jones.
Max was survived by his two sons, Robert (Bobby) Jones and Blake Jones (Kassie), a sister JoLynn Baldridge (Gene) and brother Michael Scott Jones (Sheri), grandchildren Blaze Jones and Kylie Boone, abundance of nieces and nephews, as well as his beloved pup, Tuffy.
