Ministerial staff at the First United Methodist Church in El Dorado stand on the church steps wearing shirts celebrating their congregation’s newfound way of worshipping: parking at the church, listening to Pastor David Bush’s sermon broadcast on the radio and honking their horns when they feel led. The practice started with the closure of businesses around the city and state because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and has continued several months.
