Location changed to fairgrounds

The Central Arkansas Development Council will distribute USDA Commodities in Union County beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday and Friday in El Dorado.
Though the council had previously released information stating the distribution would take place at the El Dorado Education Complex, the location has been changed to the Union County Fairgrounds at 1430 E. 19th St. in El Dorado.
Distributed food items may include: dry cherries, cream corn, grits, tomato sauce, tuna, rotini, mixed fruit, potato flakes, walnuts, dry great northern beans, canned black beans, brown rice and dry split peas.
All those looking to receive commodities must have a form of identification, preferably a photo ID, to present.
