Viola Erline Angele age 76 of Smackover, AR passed away, Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Viola was born on August 26, 1942 in Mansfield, LA to the late Willie Mae Barber Lewis and Walter Green Lewis. She was a homemaker, was an excellent cook and held a great love for the Lord. Her passion was her family and she especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viola was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters.
Survivors include; her husband of 61 years, Herbert Angele of Smackover; two sons, Mike Angele and wife Lynn of Mansfield, LA, and Mark Angele and wife Charolette of Cabot, AR; two daughters, Jann Jennings and husband Jody of Smackover, and Amy Burchfield of Springhill, LA; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one expected in August also, numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Bailey Funeral Home.
A celebration of life service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in El Dorado with shared comments and memories from family and friends. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Junction City under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be: Brandon Baudry, Jordy Burchfield, Michael Angele, Zack Jennings, Tyler Angele, Jonathan Angele, Nathan Jennings, Steve Angele and Nick Jennings.
