FREE Diabetes Self-Management Education Class
El Dorado, AR (June 21, 2019) – HealthWorks is hosting a FREE Diabetes Self-Management Education class in partnership with the South Arkansas Center on Aging. Learn how to thrive and live a healthier life with diabetes. Find out how diabetes affects your body, make sense of your blood sugar numbers, meet and network with others who have diabetes and learn through fun group activities.
Classes meet every Wednesday beginning July 3rd through August 7th from 1:00p.m. until 2:30p.m. with a trained instructor. To sign up call HealthWorks Fitness Center at 870-862-5442. Space is limited so do not delay.
