Felicia Moore of the Union County Extension Service conducts an eating healthy workshop at the Barton Public Library on Wednesday. Moore and coworker Kelley Rogers taught workshop attendees how to create a toss-up snack mix, a trail mix using cereal, a variety of dried fruit and peanuts. The workshop is part of the Kids In the Kitchen program of the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program. Known as EFNEP, the program seeks to educate kids on how to eat healthy.
