Santee Foppee Jr., was born March 13, 1959 in El Dorado, Arkansas to John Santee Foppee, Sr., and Ruth Williams Foppee.
He is survived by two sisters, Thelma Green and Barbara Foppee; nephews, Sean (Patsy) Green, Aaron Alexander, Jeffrey (Tabitha) Turner, Johnte, Scott Santee (Mary) Green and Elisha; nieces, Alysa, Brooklyn (Jeremy) Turner and Marrie Turner; a close cousin, Niva Foppee, Rickey Foppee Hodge, Marria Foppee (Freddie) McKnight, Lamaria Foppee, and Maria Foppee Mayor.
