RONNIE D. LEVINGSTON
Ronnie Darryl Levingston, 51, of El Dorado, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at St. Vincent’s Infirmary in Little Rock.
He was born on April 16, 1966 in El Dorado to Dossie Leving-ston Jr. and Elizabeth Battle Levingston. He was a 1984 graduate of El Dorado High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Operation Desert Shield/Storm and reached the rank of sergeant. He was employed as a spot welder with Milbanks Industries.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Thenelda Fay Levingston.
Survivors are his wife, Tammy Levingston of El Dorado; one son, Ronnie Levingston Jr.of Pine Bluff; five daughters, Kayla Johnson, Tamara Aaron, Kamara George and Glamara Mitchell of El Dorado and Shenelda Nation of Houston, Texas; his mother, Elizabeth Levingston of El Dorado; four brothers, Bobby Ray Levingston, Clifford Levingston and Kerwin Levingston of El Dorado and Allen Scott of Las Vegas, Nevada; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at Douglas Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor James E. Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.
Public viewing will be from 1 until 5 p.m. today and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
