Medical Center of South Arkansas celebrates Mardi Gras 2020

For the second year, the Medical Center of South Arkansas hosted its own Mardi Gras celebration, complete with complementary King Cake and coffee. Culinary arts director Judy Fussell said the celebration began last year because the executive chef at the time, Keelan Burke, was from New Orleans.
