Barton Public Library, Project SOUTH host Valentine's Storytime

Barton Public Library and Project SOUTH partnered to present Valentine's Storytime Feb. 12 at the South Arkansas Community College library. Volunteers, including Sen. Trent Garner, read Valentine's Day stories to daycare and Smackover-Norphlet students, as well as some members of the public.
