Hugh Goodwin students perform "The Nutcracker"

A group of Hugh Goodwin Elementary School second graders took to the stage at El Dorado High School’s auditorium on Thursday to stage a dress rehearsal performance of “The Nutcracker” for a packed audience of their classmates. The performance, filled with music, dance and drama, was a resounding hit with the excited crowd. The play was staged in full to a general audience last night. (Matt Hutcheson/News-Times)
