Although morning and early afternoon rain put a damper on activities at Summer on the Square Saturday in downtown El Dorado, the grillers participating in the SCA Double Steak Cook-Off did not let the adverse weather stop them. Prizes from $100-$1,000 were up for grabs in the competition and the chefs huddled under awnings and tents grilling up their best for the Steak Cookoff Association-approved contest.
