Charles Richard Alphin, born to Donnie and Bessie Horne Makepeace on February 17, 1970, died on November 9, 2023. 53 years were not enough. This loss will be mourned.
The memories he gave us will be missed and reminisced on by family and friends, co-workers and cohorts. Loud, passionate and an expert story/joke teller, his booming voice was always certain to bring a smile.
What you saw is what you got. His life and companionship were a gift to all. Above all, the children in his life were his greatest joy.
Ritchie is survived by his mother Bessie Makepeace; two brothers, Derek and Paul Alphin; and three sons, Chad, Gerrett and Doyne. He was a cherished son, brother, father, grandfather and friend.
