Open house today at library
The Friends of Barton Library will host an open house at the library, 200 E. 5th St., today from 5-7 p.m. The event is open to the public, and refreshments will be served. Door prizes will also be given away.
VFW to start bingo games in February
The VFW at 413 Industrial Road in El Dorado will hold Bingo competitions on Saturdays starting Feb. 4. Quarter games will start at 5 p.m. and regular games start at 7 p.m. Everyone 21 and older is invited to come and have fun while supporting our veterans.
