Choir group to perform
Young Voices for Christ is a local youth choir from Strong, Arkansas and surrounding areas. The choir has over 60 youth. The choir will perform a "Back to School Musical" on August 12 at 6p.m. at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 600 Ebenezer Road in Strong. The Rev. Zackery J. Thomas, youth pastor of New Salem Baptist and Mt. Zion Baptist churches will serve as master of ceremonies; Anthony Farris-King is choir director; and Charles Culbreath, Belaion Crew, Glenn "Suk" Lee, Titus Moreland and Jeremiah King will provide accompaniment. Proceeds raised by the concert will go to purchasing school clothes for a local family.
