South Arkansas Community College public safety officer Danny Farley lowers the flags at Howard Heritage Plaza to half staff on Wednesday afternoon, among Farley's last job duties before retirement. It was Farley's final day on the job at SouthArk, where he spent 13 years as an officer. The flags were being lowered in honor of the victims of Monday's mass shooting at Highland Park, Illinois.
