STAMPS - Lafayette County jumped out early and pulled away to a 64-34 league win over the Lady Dragons on Tuesday. Junction City fell to 5-9 on the season.
The Lady Cougars led 14-6 after one quarter and 27-12 at the intermission.
Allie Thurmon led Junction City with 13 points while Leslie Reddick and Karla Castillo chipped in with six and five, respectively.

HAMPTON - Parkers Chapel’s senior girls received a forfeit league win from Hampton on Tuesday.
In the junior girls’ game, the Lady Trojans won 35-14, improving to 12-3, 4-1.
Lilah Welch scored 13 points, hitting 7-of-8 at the foul line. Krista Rivers added 10 for PC.
