FOREMAN – Having success against schools from the 7-2A has been tough to come by for Parkers Chapel.
After falling to Murfreesboro earlier this season, the Trojans were upended by Foreman 34-6 on Friday night.
Since topping Lafayette County in September of last year, the Trojans have lost three straight to 7-2A foes. The Trojans (1-6) and Gators (1-8) were meeting for the first time since 2019 when Foreman came away with a 30-14 win.
Payton Willeford accounted for the Trojans’ lone points with a 3-yard run.
The Trojans host Hampton on Thursday with the winner claiming the 8-2A’s No. 3 seed and a home game for the first round of the playoffs.
Foreman will cap their regular season next week against Mineral Springs.
