LITTLE ROCK - The Overall Tennis Tournament began Monday at Burns Park. Parkers Chapel’s doubles tandem of Rebekah Hardy and Madison Sullivan advanced to the semifinals before falling to Rogers’ JK Bohnert and Grace Lueders 6-0, 6-1.
Hardy and Sullivan, who won the conference doubles championship, opened play with a 7-6, 6-4 victory over Samantha de Luca and Taylor Lee of Episcopal Collegiate.
PC’s Bella Frisby and Kallie Martin fell to the Angtuaco sisters, Julienne and Jayme of Pulaski Academy 6-1, 6-3.
The Trojans’ Jackson Dison lost to Savan Cashman of Haas Hall Fayetteville 6-2, 6-2.
