The Central Arkansas Development Council will distribute USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) commodities in Union County on Thursday, May 20, and Friday, May 21, in El Dorado.
Distribution is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. both days.
Food items that will be distributed include almonds, apple juice, split peas, garbanzo beans, cream of chicken soup, fruit and nuts mix, instant milk, orange juice, spaghetti, canned peaches, peanut butter, raisins, canned kidney beans, rice, tomato soup and beef stew.
In Union County, commodities will be distributed at New Olive Branch Baptist Church at 1548 N. Roselawn in El Dorado.
All customers receiving commodities must present identification and a photo ID is preferred.
