J. Richard Morgan, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), held a ribbon cutting ceremony for his accounting firm with the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, May 28.
The New Orleans-native and former IRS and Murphy USA employee moved to Arkansas 15 years ago after Hurricane Katrina. He has worked hard and studied to get his CPA licensing. The agency used to belong to longstanding Smackover CPA, Gary De Yampert. Morgan held a ribbon cutting with the Smackover Chamber of Commerce in November of 2020.
