Madyson Lonidier, Marsha Bean and Alyssa Bean all stood on the corner of 300 E. Main St. Saturday morning, on behalf of Camp Fire El Dorado, to raise money to send care packages to the Navy’s USS Somerset.
Bean said they are accepting monetary donations and items such as gum, Chapstick, Skittles, nuts, Kleenex and more to send in the care packages. For more information or to donate, Bean encourages all to visit the Camp Fire office at 915 Arkansas Ave.
