In the Southwest hospital region of the state, where Union County sits, 18 people were hospitalized due to COVID-19 Tuesday, including eight in intensive care units and four on ventilator support.

The ADH reported that 7.9% of the Southwest region’s population were partially immunized Tuesday and 22.6% were fully immunized.
