In the Southwest hospital region of the state, where Union County sits, 15 people were hospitalized due to COVID-19 Monday, including three in intensive care units and one on ventilator support.

A total of 132,270 COVID vaccine doses had been administered by Monday afternoon in the Southwest hospital region. The ADH reported that 10.5% of the region’s population were partially immunized Monday and 15.8% were fully immunized.
