Cynthia Diana Washington Lockett was born on February 21, 1959, in Monroe, LA. The daughter of the late Luther Willis Washington and Mildred Lee Washington Ford.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, daughter: Carla Cook, brothers: Joe Willis Washington and Calvin Washington, sister, Linda Washington.
On September 22, 2020, she transitioned to a perpetual resting place. Her precious memories will be eternally cherished by her husband David Lockett, sons: Stacy Washington (Felicia), David Jr. Lockett, and Lance Lockett, daughter Heather Lockett (Marcus), brothers: Kenneth Blackman (Terri), James Washington (Linda) of El Dorado, AR, Markquette David Washington of Little Rock, AR, Sister, Marion Lisa Lewis (Kevin) of Pine Bluff, AR., grandson, Cameron Washington of El Dorado, AR, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. A very special friend to the family Sis. Jannie James and a very special thanks to Hospice and Sims Mortuary.
