Lloyd Henry Corley, 86, of Smackover passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.

Born June 10, 1934 in Louann, Arkansas, he was the son of William Edna and Ola Mae Fincher Corley. Mr. Corley was an independent oil producer and a founding member of Bible Baptist Church. He also served his country in the US Army.

Preceding him in death along with his parents were his siblings, Bill Perry, Mildred Perry Daniel, Frank Corley, Brenda Corley Darden and a son-in-law, Jim Jameson.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Nada Corley, sons; Mark Corley (Tonya), Tim Corley (Cheryl) all of Smackover, Mike McKee (Tamara) of Benton, AR and a daughter, Marla Jameson of Smackover. Also surviving are a sister, Myrna Gathright (Bernard) of Smackover, brothers; Gary Corley of El Dorado, Mervyn Corley (Janice) of Lisbon, and David Corley (Judy) of Smackover. Surviving grandchildren are, Kevin Corley (Jana), Brian Corley, Ashley Hendricks (Brandon), Haley Corley, Jim Bob Jameson (Leslie), John Jameson (Morgan), Allison Englert (Steven), Michael McKee (Erin) and Grant McKee, along with 9 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members.

Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Smackover Cemetery with graveside services to begin at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. J.D. Weido officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Mr. Corley’s nine grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
