Junction City School Board meets tonight

The Junction City School Board will meet tonight at 6 p.m. Meetings are typically held the second Tuesday of every month, so this meeting is a week earlier than usual.

The meeting will be held in the Special Programs building. It will be recorded and available to watch on the JCSD website, junctioncity.k12.ar.us.

The CALL to hold informational meeting

The CALL of Union County, a nonprofit that matches foster children with Christian families and helps to support their needs, will hold a virtual informational meeting tomorrow for local residents interested in potentially becoming foster parents.

Attendees will learn about the process of becoming a foster parent and the requirements associated with it from representatives of the CALL in Arkansas and the Department of Human Services.

Registration for the meeting ended yesterday; those who registered should recieve a Zoom link from Union County CALL Coordinator Karen Hicks.

SAAC virtual Summer Camp continues today
