The Strong-Huttig School Board approved all items on its agenda during its regular monthly meeting Feb. 10.
The board unanimously approved the minutes from Jan. 13 and 27, a regular meeting and special meeting that held an executive session and superintendent evaluation, as well as monthly statements.
The board also honored four of its students as Outstanding Students of the Month: Nehemiah Daniels and Cody Graves, who were unable to attend the meeting, and Damarean Page and Kaylee Dixon.
A student was also approved for a Petition of Transfer to Parkers Chapel, and a board member was approved to attend the 2020 NSBA Conference and Exposition in Chicago in April with the condition of total cost of the trip. However, the vote for the trip approval was 3-2 in favor.
The next school board meeting will be held on March 9.
