Southern Arkansas University President Trey Berry spoke to graduates of the College of Liberal Performing Arts during Commencement Thursday, offering words of encouragement to the new SAU alumni.
“Your great grandparents or grandparents have been described as the greatest generation. They were defined by the way they bravely faced a world struggling from the Great Depression and World War II,” said Berry, “Now, our world is struggling yet again. Your generation has the chance to be the next greatest generation.”
