ROSEMARY CARTER ATKINS

Rosemary was born on July 5, 1957, to Eula Mae and Curtis Carter in El Dorado, Arkansas Rose attended and graduated El Dorado Schools. She was happily married to John Atkins for 18 years. She was a faithful member of New Eastside Baptist Church in El Dorado Arkansas

Rose was processed in death by her parents; Eula Mae and Curtis Carter, One grandson: Jordon Hall, two brothers: James Burrell, and Michael Lemons, two Sisters, Gladys Henry, and Effie Stewart, four nephews, Kenny Henry, Tony Henry, Berry Lemons, and Aric Lemons, and a host of other relatives

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband; John Atkins, her daughter: Talmikia (Demeatrice) Smith, Son, Octavious (Demetrius) Loggins, Step Son, Jeff (Deandra) Atkins, three Sisters. Lillie Long of Shreveport, La, Marsie Willis (Leonard), and Delois Sanders, (Bruce) of El Dorado, AR, four Grandchildren:, two Grandsons: DaMarcus White, O’Maury Loggins, two granddaughters: Brashunica White, Octavia Loggins, three Great Grand Sons, DaKerieon White, DaKadyn White, and Logan White
