FOUKE - Smackover bounced back after a tough loss last week by rallying for a 41-26 win over Fouke in 5-3A play Friday night.
Dexter Crockett had a huge night for the Bucks, racking up 293 yards and five touchdowns on 26 carries in the win.
Crockett scored on a 9-yard run at the 4:39 mark of the opening quarter before adding a 7-yard run with 9:59 left to play in the first half.
Trailing 18-14 at intermission, the Bucks went to work in the third quarter.
Jaqueze Modica scored on a 25-yard run at the 7:56 mark of the period, and Crockett scored for the third time with 3:40 left on his second 9-yard touchdown run.
Crockett scored on a 1-yard run with 10:24 to play in the game, and he sealed the win with an 89-yard run up the middle with 1:29 left to play in the game.
Harley Williams was successful on five of his six extra-point attempts in the win.
Overall, the Bucks rolled up 474 yards of total offense.
Smackover (3-4, 2-2) will square off against Genoa Central in their final home game of the regular season next week.
Fouke (3-4, 2-2) will play at Harmony Grove in 5-3A play next week.
