Bonnie Reid Austin, 75, passed away on Oct. 27, 2019 at Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Suites in Cedar Park, Texas. She was born in El Dorado to parents Lloyd Reid and Opal Rea Reid on Jan. 29, 1944.
She is survived by her brother, Bobby Reid; her sister, Shelby Reid Pratt; her children and their spouses, Tonya and Telle Tully, David and Kitty Austin, and Kimberly Austin; and her five grandchildren John David Tully, Scott Michael Tully, David Dean Austin III, Jason Reid Austin and Tabytha Kathryn Wilson.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Opal Reid and her former husband David (Dave) Dean Austin I.
Visitation will be held at Weldon Baptist Church in Bernice, Louisiana, at 11 p.m. on Friday Nov. 15. Funeral services will be held afterwards at noon at the church. Interment will follow at Weldon Cemetery.
